Tokers is a mobile gaming app where users can play two chance-based games:
• Lid Spin: A spin-the-wheel game where users can win a variety of prizes.
• Bag Rip: A game where users rip open a virtual bag to reveal a prize, including the grand prize of $10,000 cash.
2. Eligibility
• Open to users 21 years or older.
• Available in the United States, where legal.
• Employees of Tokers and its partners are not eligible to win.
3. How to Play
Lid Spin (Spin-the-Wheel Game)
• Users earn spins by:
• Scanning receipts from approved retailers (limit 4 per 24 hours).
• Making referrals.
• Posting about Tokers on social media.
• Each spin awards one prize based on prede fined odds.
• Prizes and odds are subject to change at Tokers’s discretion.The most up-to-date prize list and odds will always be available in the app.
Bag Rip Game
• Users earn Bag Rips by collecting Tokers Tokens, which are won through the Lid Spin game.
• Bag Rip prizes range from Tokers merchandise to the $10,000 grand prize.
• Prizes and odds are subject to change at Tokers’s discretion.4. Prizes & Redemption
• Prizes may include Tokers-branded items, Retailer and Industry-brand merchandise, BOGO cannabis deals, signed collectibles, and gift cards.
• Users can redeem prizes via:
• In-app download (for digital rewards).
• USPS mail (for physical prizes).
• In-store pickup (at participating retailers).
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.
• Shipping for U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO - Shipping charges may apply.
5. No Purchase Necessary
• Purchasing from Tokers is not required to participate.
• Users can earn spins and rips through engagement activities.
6. Limits & Restrictions
• Max 4 receipt scans per 24 hours for earning spins.
• Users cannot win the same high-value prize more than once in a 30-day period.
7. Legal & Disclaimers
• Apple and Google are not responsible for prize fulfillment.
• Tokers reserves the right to suspend or disqualify users suspected of fraud.
• Tokers may update game rules at any time. The most current rules will be available in the app.

Entrants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and must be registered users of X. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, or spouse, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agencies involved in the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. Entrants must have a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes, as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Sweepstakes is void outside the listed states and where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 12 September 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on 30 September 2025 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
Primary Entry Method: To enter, download the TOKERS APP from app.tokersapp.com/login and complete the sign-up process by creating an account during the Entry Period. Upon successful sign-up, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without downloading the TOKERS APP or signing up, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the statement “TOKERS APP GRAV Glassware Sweepstakes Entry” on a postcard or card (no smaller than 3½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4¼ x 6 inches) and mail it with proper postage to: Tokers LLC, 16787 Beach Blvd., Ste 652, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 30 September 2025 and received by 5 October 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope/postcard.
General Entry Terms: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification. Entries must comply with these Official Rules and X’s Terms of Service. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
5. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: GRAV Glassware plus a TOKERS T-shirt. Approximate Retail Value $180. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the winner must provide a valid social security number for IRS tax reporting (Form 1099-MISC).
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designated administrator on or about 1 November 2025, approximately 5 days after End Date] from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during app sign-up or mail-in entry, or via direct message on X if applicable, within three (3) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited), and provide proof of age and residency. If the potential winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications.
7. Prize Claims: The winner must provide a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes if the prize value exceeds $600. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and the IRS. The winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited. This prize is not valued more than $600.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or prize fulfillment.
10. Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by participation or the prize.
11. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of California and resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial.
12. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tokersapp.com/privacy-policy. Personal information will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment unless otherwise consented to by the entrant.
13. Winner’s List: For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by [Date, 60 days after End Date] to: Tokers LLC, TOKERS APP GRAV Glassware Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 16787 Beach Blvd., Ste 652, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. Requests must be received within 60 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
14. Cannabis-Specific Restrictions: This Sweepstakes complies with regulations for cannabis-related promotions. No cannabis products or cannabis-containing items are offered as prizes. The Sweepstakes is only promoted in states where cannabis is legal for recreational or medical use. Entrants must be 21+ with proof of age. The Sweepstakes does not use marketing that appeals to children (e.g., characters, mascots, games) and is not advertised in places where children may be present (e.g., billboards, TV, radio). Mail-in entries are provided as an alternative to app download to avoid interstate commerce issues. The Sweepstakes is not promoted on platforms prohibiting cannabis-related promotions (e.g., Facebook, Google).
15. Registration and Bonding: As the prize value is $180, registration and bonding are not required in New York, Florida, or Rhode Island. If the Sweepstakes were to exceed $5,000 in total prize value (or $500 for retail promotions in Rhode Island), registration and bonding would be required in those states.
